A meeting without preconceptions
We start by listening in. Together, we'll go over your needs, your beverage idea, and what you want it to accomplish. You'll get our honest assessment right away: Can we produce this in a way that does your product justice? The answer is usually yes!
Recipe & product development — the craft behind the taste
When we have a common picture of taste and target group, etc., our team of designers & taste experts will start to work out a design and a recipe in close collaboration with you.
The goal is simple: to recreate the vision of the taste, color and feeling that you have in your head as accurately as possible.
Once we agree that the recipe and the feeling are in place, we produce a sample batcher that is quality tested.
Once we agree that the recipe and the feeling sit, the cook brings out a pick list, mixes, pasteurizes and fills the product up in a storage tank.
Lab & Sampling
Each batch then undergoes a rigorous sampling process before it is allowed to proceed further.
We always check, among other things:
- Acid level (tartaric acid)
- The sugar level
- The taste, color and aroma
When everything is at the right levels, the tank can be released to our production.
Production
Here everything takes place under one roof — high-tech, efficient and controlled.
- Bottle blowing
We blow our bottles in connection with production and send them in-line for bottling. - Cleaning & Filling
The bottles go through a cleaning process that cleans both inside and outside, then they are filled into our filler and corked directly in the same machine. - Labelling
We can label with both plastic and paper labels, depending on your needs. - Packaging
The bottles are packaged in a range of sizes, encased in plastic or in paper trays. An aberration? No problem. Our quality controls automatically push the bottle away from the strap. - Pallet optimization
We palletize according to your requirements. Both full and half-pallet are possible. Our experts will help you optimize pallet designs for the best possible store exposure. When everything is ready, the pallet goes on to our warehouse.
Stockpiling
We offer large capacity storage. Here your products are safe until they go out and take over in the trade.
Dispatch
We have daily deliveries and a strategic location in Stockholm close to the largest distribution points — making your logistics fast, smooth and cost-effective.
